This is an attempt to create a
comprehensive list of known cemeteries in Oklahoma and to let you know what
information is available. You will find some are merely the name of the
cemetery, some will have directions to the cemetery while others will
listed the name of known books in print and online sources of a
cemetery canvass. This is a work in progress and often a very slow
process.
When checking for a cemetery please
remember:
Not all cemeteries are entered.
Not all cemeteries are online.
Not all cemeteries have been canvassed and/or printed.
Not all cemeteries have been photographed.
The researcher should keep in mind that old stones are difficult to read and that errors are certain to occur during the transcription process.
