New Trial Refused
Judge Hardy Sentenced S.A. Blank to be electrocuted March 14, 1914

At 2:30 o'clock Dec., 16, Judge Hardy overruled the motion made by Attorneys Utterback, McIntosh and Downs for a new trial in the case of the State vs. S.A. Blank, for the murder of Mrs. Geo. Webb and her two children, the recent trial resulted in a verdict of guilty and the imposition of the death penalty against the defendant.
