Llowmon Kittrell

     Funeral services for Llowmon Kittrell of Fort Towson will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 14, 2004, at Rufe Baptist Church in Rufe with Rev. Hershel Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Old Ringold Cemetery in Rufe.
     Mrs. Kittrell died Saturday, October 9, 2004, in Durant. She was 77.
     Llowmon Kittrell was born on August 5, 1927 in Fort Towson to Daniel Cooper and Elmira (Rose) Cooper. She had lived in southeast Oklahoma for the past 27 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Faithway Baptist Church. She married James Kittrell on May 18, 1959 at Exeter, Calif.
     She was preceded in death by her parents.
     Llowmon is survived by three sons, Dwayne Allensworth, James Daniel Allensworth and Dale Allensworth, all of Fort Towson; one daughter, Arvella Terrel of Pixley, Calif.; two brothers, Theo Cooper of Rufe and Daniel Matthew Cooper of Sobol; three sisters, D Myra Harris, Darress Alansworth and Emily Henson, all of Sobol; 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
