William Noel Castle

Graveside services for William Noel Castle of Hugo were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 17, 2005, at Cupco Cemetery in Yanush, near Clayton, with Bro. Jonathan Hooker officiating.
Mr. Castle died September 14, 2005, in Hugo. He was 82. He was a rancher, was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He also was a sergeant in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
William was born September 16, 1922 in Tuskahoma, Okla., the son of Armon James and Myrtle Ann (Barton) Castle. He had lived in Hugo for the past five years. He loved his horses and enjoyed his family very much. He married Rosa Fabela in 1999. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother; Albert Castle.
SURVIVING RELATIVES: his wife Rosa Castle of Hugo, three sons; Paul Castle and James Castle both of Deming, N.M., and Jacky Castle of Colorado, one step-son; Gerardo Fabela of Hugo, one daughter; Aimee Castle of the home, and one step-daughter; Brenda Fabela of Hugo, one brother; Marvin Castle of Hobbs, N.M., and two sisters Lucille Allred of Oregon and Quava Castle of N.M., seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren along with a host of friends and relatives.
The family received friends Friday, September 16, 2005 in the funeral home.
