William Ray Hubbard

Funeral services for William Ray Hubbard of Fort Towson will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo with William Bryce Hubbard and Gregory Thralls officiating. Interment will be in Fort Towson Cemetery.

Mr. Hubbard died Saturday, October 1, 2005, in Oklahoma City. He was 65.

William Ray Hubbard was born on June 30, 1940 in Pampa, Texas to Floyd Bryce and Leah Clydus (George) Hubbard. William married Patricia Gayle Nolan on July 7, 1981 at Hugo Lake in Hugo, Okla. He had lived in this area for the past 24 years after moving here from Pampa, Texas. He was a member of the Frogville Fellowship Church of the Brethren in Frogville, Okla. He was a retired Mill Wright worker for Continental Conveyors and he will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Bryce Hubbard and Leah Clydus Hubbard, and one sister, Karen Newman.

William is survived by his wife Patricia Hubbard of the home; two sons, William Bryce Hubbard and wife, Brenda of Frogville, Okla., and William Earl Clark and wife, Lena of Bogata, Texas; three daughters, Sharon Leah Hubbard and husband, Ronnie of Pampa, Texas, Lisa Lavern Reich and husband, Johnny of McAlester, Okla., and Amy Katrina Ward and husband, Don of Boswell, Okla.; one brother, John Albert Hubbard of Pampa, Texas; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Chitwood of Hugo, Okla.; eleven grandchildren, Sunny La Sha Thralls, Johnny Ray Reich, Jami Ann Reich, Jordan Holmes, Nathanael William Holmes, Autumn Faith Lowrance, Jacob Floyd Reich, Alexia Celeste Ward, Courtney Clark, Keeton Clark and Kole Clark; and five great-grandchildren.

The family received friends Tuesday, October 4, 2005, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo.
