Mother of Hugo Woman Dies Here
Mrs. Obia Walker Rites Set Tuesday

Mrs. Obia Walker died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. F.H. Caldwell, 219 East Bluff, at 5:30 a.m. today following an illness of more than two years. She was brought here last Friday from her home in Ardmore.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. C.W. Lester, pastor of the First Methodist church, in the residence of Mrs. Caldwell Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery under direction of Snow Funeral home.
Mrs. Walker was born in Rock Port, Indiana October 27, 1862. She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. F.H. Caldwell, Hugo, and Mrs. Paul Agerter, Plymouth, Michigan; and two sons, J.S. Newsom and Claude Newsom, both of Ardmore.
