Margaret Biard

Funeral services for Margaret Biard of Hugo were held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2005, at First Christian Church in Hugo with Reverend Jim Neeland officiating. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo.

Mrs. Biard died Saturday, August 27, 2005, in Hugo. She was 93.

Margaret Biard was born on December 26, 1911 in Hugo to Andrew Jackson and Aurelia Belle (Cain) Blair. She married Richard H. Biard on November 7, 1937 in Hugo. She was a homemaker, a member of the First Christian Church, the Pierian Club and the Christian Women’s Fellowship. Margaret had lived in Hugo all of her life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Richard H. Biard; one sister, Bernice Blair; three brothers, Willard, Edward, A.J. Blair.

She is survived by two daughters, Toni Love of Hugo and Peggy Jackson and husband Paul T. of League City, Texas; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth Ellis of Hugo; seven grandchildren, Betsy Love Melton, Matthew Richard Jackson, Brooke Jackson King, Richard Lowery Love, Benjamin Allen Jackson, Henry Clinton Love, Amanda Blair Jackson; five great-grandchildren, Merrick Melton, Brendon Jackson, Gavin King, Grant Melton, Jacob King.

The family received friends Monday, August 29, 2005 at the Toni Love home in Hugo.
