     Funeral services for LaVeda Hall of Hugo were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2004, at Mt. Olive Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Sanders, Rev. Doug McClure, and Rev. Greg Mack officiating. Burial was in Springs Chapel Cemetery.
     Mrs. Hall died Tuesday, January 20, 2004, at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas. She was 67.
     LaVeda Hall was born January 29, 1936 in Atoka, Oklahoma the daughter of Jack & Cindy "Cummings" Wellman. She had lived in this area for the past 67 years. She married William Danny Hall on July 31, 1967 in Hugo, Oklahoma. She worked as a waitress for a number of years and attended Southside Baptist Church.
     Surviving relatives: Husband: William Danny Hall of the home; Children: Debbie & Neely Dodson of Pittsburg, Texas, Jimmy "JJ" Johnson of Hugo, Joe & Carla Johnson of Hugo, Curtis Hall & Stephanie Hindman both of Hugo; Brother & Sister-in-law: Ray & Carolyn Benningfield of Choctaw,  Oklahoma; Grandchildren: Brad & Megan Holley of Hugo, Toby Johnson of Hugo, Ashley & Cory Arnold of Hugo, Corby Johnson of Hugo, Bailey Johnson & Alyssa Johnson of Hugo; Great-Grandchildren: Caitlin Holley and Daniel Holley both of  Hugo.
