WELL'S RITES WERE HELD HERE TODAY
Interment Took Place In Springs Chapel This Afternoon

    Funeral services for Burton Wells, aged 47, were conducted at the residence at 2 p.m. this afternoon with Reverend Paul B. Howell, pastor of the Methodist Protestant church officiating.
    Interment followed in the Springs Chappel [sic] Cemetery after the services, according to information from the Snow Funeral home which was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
    Surviving Mr. Wells, besides his widow are six children. They are: Mrs. Annie Littlejohn, Redding, Okla; Bill Wells, Hugo; Fannie May Wells, Hugo; Ray Wells, Enid; Helen and Edith Wells of Hugo.
    Pall bearers were W.W. Jordan, J.F. Barnes, Irving Fuller, Mr. Graves, Mr. Gann, Paris, Texas, and Mr. Barber.
