Lillie Basham

Graveside services for Lillie Basham of Tahlequah, formerly of Hugo, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2005 with Rev. Jonathan Hooker officiating.

Mrs. Basham died June 18, 2005 in Tahlequah. She was 95.Lillie was born on March 30, 1910 in Hamilton County, Texas, to George and Nora Elvay (Shelton) Gragg. She married Floyd Basham. Lillie moved to Tahlequah from Hamilton County, Texas. She was a cook and owned her own cafe. Lillie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Nora Gragg and her husband Floyd Basham in April of 1966. Lillie is survived by her two step-sons, Henry Basham of Hulbert and Edgar Basham of Gore; and one step-daughter, Naomi Haddock of Broken Arrow.
