Spurgeon Lee

Funeral services for Spurgeon Lee of Hugo were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Arthur Jefferson, Jr., officiating. Interment was in Crosley Cemetery.

Mr. Lee died June 3, 2005, at Choctaw Memorial Hospital. He was 87.

Surviving relatives: Wife, Murlee Lee of Hugo; two sons, Marvin King of Oklahoma City, Kenneth King of Fresno, Calif.; three daughters, Oline Berry and Sharon Moody of Hugo, Linda Johnson of Dallas, Texas; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
