Warner Joe Lewis

Funeral services for Warner Joe Lewis of Dallas, formerly of Valliant, were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Clear Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Burnis Burrell, Jr., officiating. Interment was in Clear Creek Cemetery.

Mr. Lewis died June 19, 2005, at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. He was 67.

Surviving relatives: Two sons, Timmie Lewis of Harris, Nathan Lewis of Idabel; four daughters, Terri Lewis of Idabel, Kathy Lewis of Valliant, Linda Lewis of Moore, Anita Lewis of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Lonnie Lewis of Cover City, Calif., Cornell Lewis of Las Vegas, Nev.; three sisters, Kuaneta Whitlow of Lawton, Oneta Walker of Sacramento, Geneta Brown of Inglewood, Calif.; 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
