    Graveside services for Lillie Fredonia Elmore of Boswell were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2005, at Restland Cemetery in Boswell with Bro. Watkins officiating.

    Mrs. Elmore died May 28, 2005, in Boswell. She was 72. She was a housewife and a member of 1st Baptist Church of Boswell and a member of the Garden Club of Boswell.

    She was born January 6, 1933 in Bennington, the daughter of Andrew W. Babb and Opal (Hines) Babb and had lived all of her life in the Boswell community. She married C. K. "Boog" Elmore on December 16, 1960 in Atoka. He preceded her in death in 1973. She loved to cook, enjoyed gardening and going on outings with the community. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Andrew W. Babb.

    SURVIVING RELATIVES: her mother: Opal Babb of Durant; three daughters; Freda Forrester of Tulsa, Donna Thompson of Chandler, Texas, and Sheila Scott of Chandler, Texas, 3 sisters; Marzell Belvin of Valliant, Irene South of Calera, and Anna Hart of Durant, 1 brother; Clayton Babb of Durant, 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.

    Family received friends, Monday, May 30, 2005 at the funeral home.
