Boyd O. Caldwell

    Funeral services for Boyd O. Caldwell of Boswell were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2005, in Boswell Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Williams officiating. Interment was at Restland Cemetery in Boswell. Pallbearers were Donny Armor, Jeromy Caldwell, Patrick Caldwell, Jim Ed Caldwell, Jamie Tonubbee and Joe Bob Caldwell.
    Mr. Caldwell died Monday, March 21, 2005, at his residence in Boswell. He was 83. He was a rancher.
    Mr. Caldwell was born on Sunday, September 18, 1921 in Bennington, the son of Oscar Monroe and Ester Lillian (Cross) Caldwell. He married Nelma Walls on January 2, 1939 in Durant. Mr. Caldwell loved to hunt and fish, go camping and go boating. He loved his family with all his heart.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Monroe (Jack) and Ester Lillian Caldwell; one sister; daughter Linda Gale Armor; and one granddaughter.
    Surviving relatives: Wife, Nelma Caldwell of Boswell; sons, Jackie Caldwell and wife Carolyn of Hugo, Bob Caldwell and wife Kay of Boswell; daughter Deana Caldwell of Boswell; grandsons, Donny Armor and wife Debbie of Hugo, Jeromy Caldwell and wife Sandy of Hugo, Pat Caldwell and wife Christie of Bells, Texas, Jamie Tonubbee and wife Sandra of Shawnee, Joe Bob Caldwell and wife Amye of Boswell, Jim Ed Caldwell and wife LeAnne of Boswell; great-grandchildren, Dustin, Tanner, Tyler, Clay, Dalton, Rance and Erin; sister Eula Mae Walls of Jackson, Okla.
