Derril Snow

Graveside services for Derril Snow of Boswell were held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 2, 2005, at Restland Cemetery in Boswell with Reverend Dave Watkins and Wade Snow officiating.

Mr. Snow died Friday, April 29, 2005, in Boswell. He was 64.Derril was born on August 7, 1940 in Golden, Okla., to James Monroe "Honey" and Mamie (Willis) Snow. He came here from Golden and had lived in this area for the past twenty-seven years. He graduated high school and then went to barber school. Derril was a farmer, a rancher and a member of the Golden Baptist Church. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Honey and Mamie Snow.

Derril is survived by his two sons, Guy Snow and wife, Paula of Boswell, and Wade Snow and wife Doris, of Moyers; two sisters, Barbara Ribera and husband, Marcus of Boswell, and Reba Keene and husband Roy of Del City, Okla.; seven grandchildren, Tarrin Snow, Chance Snow, Ashley Snow, Bradley Snow, Teri Westmoreland, Cody Snow, and Casie Snow; three great-grandchildren, Karli & Shawn Westmoreland and Carson Snow; and companion, Norma Jean Parker.

The family received friends Sunday, May 1, 2005, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel in Hugo.
