Delores (Young) Hill

Delores (Young) Hill, 56, of Broken Bow, passed away November 3, 2005 at Choctaw Memorial Hospital in Hugo. She was born August 3, 1949, in Planview, Texas.

Delores was a Christian and she was affiliated with the Baptist faith. She was one of the Main Street Pickers of Broken Bow and enjoyed fishing, working crossword puzzles, and spending time with friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Hill; father, Frank Young; step-father, Bo Wilson; grandmothers, Farra Blankenship and Lily Bell Young, and grandfathers, Bert Young and Willie Blankenship.

Delores leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Ruth Young, Hugo; two sons, Ron Jones and wife Aaryn, Hugo; Tommy Hill and wife Amy, Oregon; two daughters, Tammy Hider and husband Dennis, Sawyer; Tammie Campbell and husband Lindsey, Oregon; special niece and nephew, caregiver, John Young and niece, Lori Bryant; one brother Johnny Young, Nevada; three sisters, Susan Walker, Dallas, Texas; Virginia Young and Corrine Young, Sawyer; six grandchildren, Daniel and Joni Hider, Sawyer; Chris and Kody Campbell and Tyler Hill, all of Oregon; and Baby Aspen Jones due in December, Hugo; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

Services were at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 7, 2005, at the First Assembly of God church, Broken Bow, Okla. Burial was at Hochatown Cemetery, Hochatown, Okla. with Bro. Tom Fitch and Bro. Leon Hill officiating.

The family received friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, November 5, 2005 at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow.
