Graveside services for Gladys Jane McNeal of Hugo were held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 7, 2005 in the Bill Darrough Pavilion at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Mr. Donnie Bates officiating.

Mrs. McNeal died Friday, November 4, 2005, in Hugo. She was 90.Gladys Jane McNeal was born October 2, 1915 in Rochelle, Texas, the daughter of T.A. & Ella Mae (Logan) Rogers. She moved from West Texas with her family to this area in 1960. She was preceded in death by her two sons: Douglas Smith in 1984 and Carrol Joe Smith in 1987; her husband: Joseph McNeal in 1993; and two brothers and two sisters.

Surviving relatives: six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nephews, nieces, and a host of friends.

The family received friends from 2-3 p.m. Sunday in the Mt. Olive Funeral Home Chapel.
