James Earl Laurent

Services for James Earl Laurent were at 10 a.m. Sept. 3 at the First United Methodist Church in Ft. Towson. The Rev. Oscar Wilkie and Rev. Dr. Jack Noble officiated the ceremony.

James died July 24, 2002 in Plant City, Fla. He was 68.

James was born Jan. 10, 1934 in Ft. Towson to Beatrid and Lucille Laurent. He married Helena June 22, 1957.

James is survived by his wife, daughter Beth Laughlin of Saudi Arabia, two sons; Luke Laurent of Atlanta and Jack Laurent of Milwaukee.
