Mrs. Estelle Beatty Johnson, age 36, died July 23 at 2 o’clock p.m. She was the beloved wife of Captain Edgar Johnson, U.S. Army. She died at the home of her mother-in-law, Mrs. T.A. Johnson, 1101 East Kirk street, after a long illness.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 4:30 and interment was at Mt Olivet cemetery. Mrs. Johnson was born in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and had been married only two years.
