    Funeral services for Dale E. Stiffler of Hugo were held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2005, at Fourth and Jackson Street Church of Christ in Hugo, with Bro. Donnie Bates officiating. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Mr. Stiffler died Wednesday, January 5, 2005, in Hugo. He was 68. Dale Stiffler was born on May 5, 1936 in Oklahoma City. He had lived in this area for the past 51 years and was a member of the Fourth and Jackson Street Church of Christ in Hugo. He is survived by his mother, Leota Burleson of Hugo; one brother, Gary Burleson of Providence Village, Texas; and two half-brothers, Carl Burleson of San Francisco, Calif., and Jack Burleson, Jr., of Durant. The family received friends Thursday, January 6, 2005, at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
