Fort Towson Resident Dies; Rites Pending
Services were pending today for George R. McAllster, 84, of Fort Towson, who died Monday in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Paris, Tex. Lampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Services and burial will be in Penn Yan, New York. Mr. McAllster, a retired realtor, was born May 24, 1880, in New York, and had lived at Fort Towson since 1964, moving there from Guymon. He was a member of the Presbyterian church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jane Burt of Fort Towson and Mrs. Mary Hicks of Henryetta, N.Y.; a son George, of Rochester, N.Y., and four grandchildren.
