Gladys Edith Dunham

    Graveside services for Gladys Edith Dunham of Oklahoma City were held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2005, at Springs Chapel Cemetery in Hugo.

    Mrs. Dunham died Monday, April 11, 2005, at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was 85.Gladys Edith Dunham was born September 6, 1919 in Kade, Okla., the daughter of Nathan and Susie Reynolds. She had 12 sisters and brothers. Gladys loved Pentecostal religion, quilting, flower gardening, and was a collector of frogs. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Marilyn Gardner in 1999.Surviving relatives: Children, Matt Dunham, Jr., of Oklahoma City, Donnie Dunham of Oklahoma City, Sheila Worley of Oklahoma City, William R. Hardage of Valliant, Lee Brown of Francis; two sisters, Idabel Trimble and Georgia Cupit, both of Hugo; 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

    The friends and family received friends Sunday, from 3-5 p.m. at 407 S. 8th St. in Hugo.
