    Funeral services for Mrs. W.F. Francis, Rt 5, Paris, Tex., the former Miss Emma Hickman, of Hugo, were set for 10 o'clock this morning in a Paris funeral home followed by burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery here.
   Mrs. Francis died Wednesday in a Paris hospital after illness. She was a half-sister of Louis Terry, of Hugo, where she was born March 4, 1898. Her parents were Jim and Josephine (Gardner) Hickman.
    In addition to her husband, whom she married in 1939, she is survived by two stepchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Jackson, Anchorage, Alaska, and Mrs. Marie Guill, Little Rock, Ark.; the half brother here and a stepsister.
