Sarah "Punk" Priddy

Funeral services for Sarah "Punk" Priddy of Ft. Towson were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2005, at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo. Interment was in Ft. Towson Cemetery.
Mrs. Priddy died Wednesday, April 13, 2005, in Antlers. She was 93.
Sarah "Punk" Priddy was born on March 1, 1912 in Ft. Towson, to Manuel and Blanche (Williams) Davis. She married Henry Priddy on February 8, 1932 in Hugo. She had lived in this area most of her life and attended the Ft. Towson Baptist Church. She worked and retired from the State of Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, loved working outside in her vegetable garden, loved to crochet and emroidery. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Henry Priddy in 1987.She is survived by three brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Kenneth Oneal and Beatrice Priddy of Oklahoma City; and one sister-in-law Beatrice Priddy of Oklahoma City; Abe and Loudena Goodwin of Sawyer, Dave Priddy of Bakersfield, Calif.; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
The family received friends Friday, April 15, 2005, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo.
