James Webb Tuck

Funeral services for James Webb Tuck of Valliant will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at Valliant Church of Christ with Virgil Romine officiating, assisted by Tracy Mussett. Interment will follow in Moran Cemetery in Valliant.
Mr. Tuck died April 4, 2005, in Valliant. He was 81. He was a truck driver for Roseburg Forest Products in California, and served as a Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class in World War II.
He was born February 9, 1924 in Spencerville, the son of Clearn Tuck and Allie (Dadson) Tuck. He grew up in the Ringold community; he lived in California for 50 years then moved back to Valliant in 1990. He was married to Burniece (Cooper) Tuck.
SURVIVING RELATIVES: his wife; Burniece Tuck, 2 sons; Jimmy Tuck, Jr. and Bobby Tuck both of Quincy, Calif., 4 step-sons; Bobby Fennell of Irving, Texas, Tony Fennell of Valliant, Randy Fennell of Heavener, and Gregory Fennell of Poteau; 1 daughter; Pat Tuck of Redding, Calif., 1 Brother; Coy Tuck of Ringold, 3 Sisters; Frances Tobin and Dorothy Cogburn both of Atoka, and Sarah Schwing of Tulsa, 2 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and 3 step great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
The family received friends at the funeral home Tuesday night April 5, 2005 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM
