Jamie L. Davis, 47, of Swink, died Wednesday, May 30, 2001, at his home.

Private funeral services will be held with Mt. Olive Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

He was born Dec. 30, 1953 in Hugo to James L. and Ruth L. Blythe Davis.

He was reared and attended school in Denison, Texas for many years before moving to Valliant with his family where he graduated from Valliant High School in 1972. He was a truck driver.

Surviving are a brother, Jon Davis of Maud, Texas; three sisters, Jana Collins of Fort Towson, Joye Hylton of Red Oak, Texas, and Janie Oney of Valliant; numerous nieces, nephews and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
