William Dickerson, 84, of Claremore, died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2000, in Claremore.

He was born Jan. 17, 1916, in Sawyer, a son of John and Sally Dickerson. He worked as a farmer and rancher most of his life.

Funeral services were to be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Mount Olive Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Sawyer Cemetery under direction of Mt. Olive Funeral Home of Hugo.
