DODDERER, PAULA YVONNE (EVANS)

BORN: SEPTEMBER 15, 1949 DIED: DECEMBER 26, 2000

Paula Yvonne (Evans) Dodderer, 51, died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2000, after a courageous battle with lymphoma.

She will be remembered for her kind, gracious and giving spirit, strong faith and will, beautiful vocal talent and the love she gave her children and many others that were part of her life.

She is survived by her parents Paul and Mary Dodderer of Garland; daughters, Tonja Carlson and husband Robert of Dallas and Andrea Evans of Paris; and grandchildren Evan and Megan Baxter of Paris.

Additional in-law survivors include, Margaret Johnson of Canton, Dennis and Sharon Woods of Gun Barrel City, Dennis Woods and family of Kearns, Danny Woods and family of Ennis and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews in California, Oklahoma and Texas.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 29, at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home in Paris, and the memorial service will be held in the Fry-Gibbs Chapel at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30. A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. at the Fort Towson Cemetery in Oklahoma.

Memorials may be made to McCuistion Regional Medical Center, Paris Public Library, American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
