Donna Dominick, 49, of Soper, Okla., died Monday, Aug. 19, 2002.

Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, in Prater-Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Maple officiating. Burial will follow in Soper Cemetery under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, Jim Dominick of Soper, Okla.; two daughters, Amy D. Padgett and husband Clay of Tulsa, Okla., and Leslie Dominick of Soper, Okla.; her mother, Pauline Wright of Fort Towson, Okla.; brother, Jodie Waugh III of Tuskhoma, Okla.; five sisters, Sue Haggerty of Durant, Okla., Jo Lehman of Fayettville, N.C., Sherrie Sessa of Nashville, Tenn., Barbara Trapp of Fort Towson, Okla., and Robbie Armijo of Parker; and a number of nieces and nephews.
