BORN: NOVEMBER 9, 1925 DIED: OCTOBER 28, 1997

Bobbie Evans, 71, of Crane died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 1997, in an Odessa hospital. Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Crane County Cemetery. Arrangements are by Richard W. Box Funeral Home.

She was born Nov. 9, 1925, in Fort Towson, Okla., and was a longtime resident of Monahans before moving to Crane in 1955.

She was a member of the Crane Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Evans of Crane; a daughter, Sue Elder of Midland; a son, Mike Evans of Slaton; a sister, Joyce Estes of Crane; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
