Maxine Fultz, 64, of Hugo died Tuesday, March 25, 2003.

Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Friday, March 28, in Clayton Avenue Baptist Church in Hugo with the Rev. Jim Kerlin officiating, assisted by the Rev. Gene DeWitt. Interment will follow in Fort Towson Cemetery under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home in Hugo.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 27, at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne Fultz; two sons, Wayne Fultz, Jr. and James Clay Fultz; two daughters, Rhonda Kerlin and Robbie Langham; one brother, Robert Davis; two sisters, Charlene Stone and Alyene Wingfield; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
