BORN: JULY 11, 1912 DIED: OCTOBER 9, 2004

Effie Clois Kaiser, a resident of Arizona since 1930, passed away at Prescott Samaritan Village on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2004.

Effie was born July 11, 1912, in Hugo, Okla.

She is survived by her son, Jon Glenn of Kingman; a sister, Eva Crawford of Blyth, Calif.; a brother, Dale Pittman of Carl Junction, Mo.; and six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Hampton Funeral Home in Prescott was entrusted with the arrangements.
