Janey Wilson Myers, 88, of Fort Towson died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001, in Hugo.

Services will be in Fort Towson Methodist Church at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, with the Rev. Oscar Wilkie officiating. Burial will be Fort Towson Cemetery by Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.

The family requests memorials be made to Fort Towson Cemetery Association.

She was a retired teacher and had taught in Hugo and Fort Towson schools and played the organ at the Methodist Church for many years.

Surviving are a nephew, Russell McDonald and wife Faye of Clarksville, Tenn., and a number of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, March 1, 1981; three brothers, Walter, Edward and Donald McDonald; and two sisters, Lake Owens and Margaret Olson.
