SHIMSHACK, JESSIE F.

DIED: NOVEMBER 27, 2002
Services for Jessie F. Shimshack, 72, of Navasota are set for 10:30 a.m. Friday at Salem Lutheran Church in White Hall.
The Rev. Wayne E. Schumpe of Salem Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota.
Mr. Shimshack died Wednesday in Navasota.
He was born in Anderson and was a retired mechanic. He was a member of Salem Lutheran Church and VFW Post No. 4006. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Lillian Wehmeier Shimshack of Navasota; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Cynthia Shimshack, Richard Shimshack, and Mark and Meribeth Shimshack, all of Navasota; four daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Leroy Nobles, Gloria and Ricky Clepper, Alice and Donnie Mock, and Reba and Dean Zwahr, all of Navasota; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Christina Pasket of Anderson, Ruth Lee of Navasota, and Cecile and Chavis Lindley of Wright City, Okla.; a brother and three sisters-in-law, Joe and Audrey Shimshack of New Orleans, La., Elminia Shimshack of Navasota and Doris Shimshack of Bryan; 16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley.
