TRAMEL-PETTY, MARY EUNICE (PAYNE)

Eunice Tramel Petty, 76, a resident of Guymon, Okla., formerly of Ft. Towson, Okla. passed away Sunday, May 27, 2001 at Memorial Hospital of Texas County.
Mary Eunice Tramel Petty was born September 6, 1924 in Fort Towson, Okla., the daughter of William Cleveland Payne and Minnie (Carroll) Payne.
She was married to Lee William Tramel at Fort Towson, Okla. on December 28, 1940. He preceded her in death in July of 1964. She moved to Guymon from Fort Towson in 1971 and married Bill L. Petty on July 4, 1987. Mrs. Petty was a homemaker and a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Guymon, Okla.
Mrs. Petty was also preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Martha Bowling; one sister, Ola Mae Mote and two brothers, Cleveland Dillard Payne and Willie Merle Payne.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Bill L. Petty; nine children, Harvey Tramel and his wife, Stella of Fort Towson, James Tramel and his wife, Ann of Guymon, Mary DeSpain and her husband, Don of Guymon, Joe Tramel of Guymon, Calvin Tramel and his wife, Donna of Norman, Arkansas, Harrison Tramel of Fort Towson, Lili White of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Dan Tramel and his wife, Janice of Marshall, Arkansas and Wanda Dockstader and her husband, Chris, of Bothell, Washington; 26 grandchildren and a host of great and great-grandchildren.
Funeral service in Guymon will be conducted Thursday morning, May 31, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Jack Peck officiating. Services are under the direction of the Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
Funeral services in Fort Towson will be conducted Friday afternoon, June 1, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the Rock Assembly of God Church. Officiating will be Rev. Robert Hanes assisted by Rev. Jack Peck. Interment will follow in the Fort Towson Cemetery, Fort Towson, Okla. under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home of Hugo, Okla.
Pall bearers will be Nathan Carroll, Matt Carroll, Andy Carroll, Allen Carroll, William Mote and Donald Mote. Honorary pallbearer will be Robbie Maple.
