BORN: FEBRUARY 11, 1930
DIED: JANUARY 6, 2002

Bertha Mae Wade, 71, of Sherman, formerly of Fort Towson died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2002.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10 at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo with Buck Wade officiating. Interment will follow in Sawyer Cemetery in Sawyer, Okla. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include three sons, Buck Wade of Chicota, Jimmie Wade of Telephone, and Walter Wade of Sherman; two daughters, Elizabeth Wade of Sherman and Clara Faye Southmayd III of Beeville; one sister, Ruby Brewer of Hugo; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
