DIED: JANUARY 30, 2002

Winifred “Snookey" Whiteman Warthan of Arlington, formerly of Clarksville, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2002 at her home.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, in Madras Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Miller officiating. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. at the Madras Community Center. Clarksville Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

She is survived by a son, Glenn Warthan of Arlington; a daughter, Shelia White of Conroe; three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, A.G. Warthan; sisters, Mary LaNell (Red) Hulen, and “Sis” Berry, and brothers, Jim Whiteman and Hub Whiteman.
