DIED: FEBRUARY 24, 2003

John Waterman Jr., 52, of Hugo died Monday, Feb. 24, 2003.

Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, in Miller & Miller Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bennie Hammons officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Hugo.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Waterman; two sons, Craig Attaway and Kevin David of Hugo; three daughters, Joni Waterman, Melissa Waterman and Krista Waterman, all of Hugo; his mother, Mildred Waterman of Burlington, Iowa; one sister, Sharon Polson of Burlington; two brothers, Terry Waterman of Honey Grove and Jay Waterman of Oquawka, Ill.; and one grandchild.
