Etta Roberson
Miss Etta Roberson Dies Monday Noon

Miss Etta Roberson, age 19 years, Boswell High School junior, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Elmer Maddox, Monday at 12:50 P.M. after a short illness.
Miss Roberson was born July 24th, 1912, at Calvin, Okla., and moved to Boswell with her parents in December of 1915. Since then she has lived most of her life in and near Boswell. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Roberson who reside south of Boswell; five brothers, Martin Roberson, of Pawnee, Okla.; Dewey Roberson, Telephone, Texas, and hardy Roberson of Berkley, Calif., and Louis and Walton Roberson of Boswell. She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Elmer Maddox of Boswell, Miss Georgia Roberson of Boswell, Mrs. Clara Thornton of Durant and Mrs. Jannie Mitchell of Ralston, Okla.
Funeral services were held at the Church of Christ here Tuesday afternoon at 3 o’clock, conducted by Elder A. LeRoy Elkins, pastor of the Church of Christ of Hugo. Two songs were sung by the Girls Glee Club of Boswell High School of which Miss Roberson was a member.
Interment was in the Boswell Cemetery.
The entire community was saddened by the untimely death of this young lady.
