James Smith Dies at Shawnee Saturday

    News came to Boswell Saturday of the sudden death of James Smith, 81 year old father of Mrs. Henry Bryan.

    Mr. Smith was a well known man here, having made his home here several years with his daughter, Mrs. Henry Bryan, and was visiting in the home of his son in Shawnee at the time he was stricken by a heart attack, resulting in his death.

    Mr. Smith was the father of seven sons and three daughters and was a native of Kentucky.

    Mrs. Bryan left Sunday and attended the funeral which was conducted in Oklahoma City and interment made in an Oklahoma City cemetery Monday afternoon.
