W.F. Whitten
The Fort Towson Enterprise – October 31, 1919 – transcribed by Ron Henson

W.F. Whitten, father of our townsman, Frank Whitten died at the home of his son Thursday morning. Funeral services were held by the pastor in the Christian church, and the remains were laid to rest in Doakesville cemetery. To the bereaved family we extend our heartfelt sympathy.
