Funeral services for Cliff Parks of McAlester were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 4, 2004, in the Brumley-Mills Chapel in McAlester with Rev. Donnie Dickerson officiating. Interment will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Soper Cemetery.
Mr. Parks died Thursday, December 2, 2004, at McAlester Regional Health Center. He was 56.
Cliff Parks was born August 31, 1948 in Greenville, Texas to Alfred and Ruth (Rice) Parks. He married Pat Kirby on June 25, 1967 in Boswell. He owned and operated 69 Flea Market for the past five years. He was a member of the Eufaula Rod and Gun Club.
He was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Survivors: Wife, Pat Parks of the home; one son, Chris Parks of McAlester; two daughters, Deborah Fuller of Moyers and Katrina Ponder of Strong, Ark.; five grandchildren; parents, Alfred & Ruth Parks of Antlers; one brother, Michael Parks of Antlers; numerous nieces and nephews.
