Memorial services for Brandi Lachelle Allensworth of Glendale, Ariz., will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2004, at Ft. Towson Community Center with her uncle, Don Allensworth, officiating. Committal services will follow at Sobol Cemetery in Sobol, Okla.
Miss Allensworth died November 25, 2004, in Phoenix, Ariz. She was 22.
Brandi was born March 18, 1982 in Paris, Texas and lived in this area during part of her childhood. She had attended Ft. Towson High School prior to moving to Arizona. Brandi collected fairies as a hobby.
SURVIVING RELATIVES: Her parents Susan and Tony Crnkovich of Glendale, Ariz.; and Dennis A. "Denny" Allensworth of Swink; two daughters: Madalyn Johnson and Sierrah Cunningham of Glendale, Ariz.; two brothers: Chuck Adkins of Glendale, Ariz. and Dustin Allensworth of Stillwater; paternal grandparents: Dot and Ken Unruh of Queen City, Texas and Dennis V. Allensworth of Valliant; maternal grandparents: Jim and Irma Staggs of Valliant, and Curt and Winnie Bohall of Clarkdale, Ariz.; two great grandmothers: Ann Flood of Arlington, Texas and Wynona Unruh of Munich, N.D.; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and the extended families of Madalyn and Sierrah.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the Ft. Towson Community Center.
In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been established for Brandi's daughters at First State Bank, Valliant.

Arizona crash claims young woman

GLENDALE, Ariz. - A motorist was killed Nov. 25 in a traffic crash on 59th Avenue just south of Olive Avenue, police told the Arizona Republic newspaper.
Brandi Allensworth, 22, of Glendale, later died at a Phoenix hospital, said Officer Mike Pena, a police spokesman.
The crash occurred when she pulled out from a parking lot and her car collided with another vehicle, Pena said. Allenworth's car left the roadway and struck a brick wall, he said. The other driver suffered minor injuries.
Allensworth was born in Paris, Texas and attend Ft. Towson High School prior to moving to Arizona. She has relatives in Swink and Valliant, and leaves behind two young daughters in Arizona.
Memorial services for Allensworth will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Ft. Towson Community Center, with committal services to follow in Sobol.
