    Graveside services for Jack Leon Daniels of Hugo will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 10, 2004, at Springs Chapel Cemetery in Hugo.
    Mr. Daniels died Tuesday, December 7, 2004, in Talihina. He was two days old.
    Jack Leon Daniels was born on December 6, 2004 in Talihina to David and Peggy (Gray) Daniels. He was here for only a short time but he touched the hearts of many. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Nelson and his maternal great-grandfather, Johnny Gray.
    He is survived by his mother, Peggy Gray Daniels of Hugo; his father, David Daniels of Hugo; his maternal grandmother, Debra Nelson of Hugo; his paternal grandmother, Cecelia Hoskins of Paris, Texas; one sister, Jazzmine Daniels of the home; and several aunts and uncles.
    The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, December 9, 2004, from 5-6 p.m. at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo.
