Mickie Wyrick

    Funeral services for Mickie Virginia Wyrick were held on Saturday, February 5 at 10:00 a.m. in the West Sherman Baptist Church. Rev. Danny Wood of the church officiated. Burial was at 2:00 p.m. in the Springs Chapel Cemetery in Hugo, Oklahoma. After a lengthy battle with cancer, Mrs. Wyrick passed away Thursday, February 3 at her home in Sherman.
    Mickie was born on November 21, 1943 in Deport, Texas to Tom and Emma Matlock Booth. She married Harold Wyrick in 1959 in Hugo, Oklahoma. Mickie was a member of the West Sherman Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a very devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Mickie will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
    Mrs. Wyrick is survived by her husband Harold of Sherman; her mother Emma of Hugo; five daughters, Sandra Bollier and her husband Larry of Sherman, Virginia Phillips and her husband Raymond of Sherman, Angela Bollier and her husband Steve of Sherman, Roxann Williams and her husband Todd of Pottsboro, and Patty Reynolds and husband Chris of Pottsboro; four brothers, Bill Booth of Arthur City, Charles Booth of Hugo, Tony Booth and wife Jean of Hugo, and Larry Booth and wife Kathy of Hugo; two sisters, Robbie Jo Taylor and husband Marion of Dallas and Pat Bennett of Hugo; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Her father, a brother, Tommy Booth, and a sister, Doris Franklin preceded her in death.
    Her family requests that memorials may be made to Home Hospice of Grayson County at 505 W. Center, Sherman, TX 75090.
