     Funeral services for Jeff Collins of Hugo were held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 5, 2004, at Mt. Olive Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Armes officiating. Interment was in Shoat Springs Cemetery.
     Mr. Collins died Tuesday, November 2, 2004, at his residence in Hugo. He was 60.
     Jeff Collins was born December 2, 1943 in Hugo, Oklahoma, the son of James W. "Buddy" & Josephine (Frost) Collins. he retired from AT&T in 1991 in Mesquite, Texas, then moved back to Hugo, Oklahoma. Prior to working with AT&T, he worked for Dallas Biard's Bread. He was preceded in death by his father: "Buddy" Collins on March 14, 1994.
     Surviving relatives: Son & Daughter-in-law, Gary & Esther Collins of Farmersville, Texas; Mother, Josephine Collins of Frogville, Okla.; Brother & Sister-in-law, Randy & Kelly Collins of Frogville, Okla.; Sister & Brother-in-law, Linda & Earl Irvin of Hugo, Okla.; Nephew, Dr. Mike Irvin of Hugo, Okla.; Nieces, Kelli Jo Bates of Hugo, Okla. and Deana Irvin of Hugo, Okla.
