G.S. Ellison
Fort Towson Enterprise – May 19, 1911 – transcribed by Ron Henson

Mr. G.S. Ellison, after a short illness from catarrh of the lungs, passed away this morning at his home at High Hill, 12 miles north of this place. He was held in high esteem by all who knew him, and was a good man, who will be sadly missed by the people of his community. The funeral will take place at the Doakesville cemetery tomorrow at 2 p.m. The Enterprise extends sympathy to his bereaved relatives.
