G.D. Wallace, who died in Fort Towson, Okla., April 5th, 1913, was born near Bethel, Vermont, Jan 13, 1845. Age 68 years and 51 days. He was a good neighbor and true friend. As to his religious belief we know nothing, but his clost [sic] friends say he never used a profane or smutty word. Before he died he said he ws [sic] ready and willing to go. None of his connection live closer than Vermont that are known.
