Fort Towson Enterprise – December 22, 1916 – transcribed by Ron Henson

C.N. and A.F. Davidson, who lives near Spencerville, were killed about fifteen miles out of Hot Springs, Ark., Saturday by a posse after them for cattle stealing. The dead men are well known here, and it is said are responsible for much of the horse stealing that has been going on in this county.
