Oklahoma News Bureau, Hugo, Okla. -

J. J. Hutchings, 74, of near Sawyer, died in Memorial Hospital here after illness. Coffey Funeral Home of Hugo making service arrangements. Mr. Hutchings was born at Broadway in Lamar County, Tex., April 18, 1885 but had lived in Choctaw County since 1902. He was a World War I Veteran and retired farmer. Surviving are his wife, Lula, one son, Wayne Hutchings, Junction City, Kans.; three grandchildren, and these brothers; J. J. Hutchings, Sawyer; J. M. Hutchings and J. R. Hutchings, Oklahoma City and J. B. Hutchings, Celina, Tex.
